Laura’s Choice had a special screening at Ballina Fair Cinemas hosted by Screenworks on Sunday 7th February at 4pm. Laura lived in the Northern Rivers region of NSW (Lismore and Ballina) for the last 25 years of her life. The screening was attended by her friends, neighbours, doctors, carers and community. The film’s composer, Nicolette Boaz, travelled up from Sydney for the event. The screening was followed by a conversation with co-directors Cathy and Sam and moderated by Catherine Marciniak.
